Sorted Insights is our multi-tiered PowerBI reporting and analytics solution, designed to help you make data-driven decisions with increasing levels of intelligence.
Pricing and structure
Built on our DIKW (Data, Information, Knowledge and Wisdom) framework, Insights transforms raw shipment and tracking data into actionable, strategic developments. Allowing you to tweak your shipping formula to help enhance operations and save money.
Available to customers on our Ship or Track product services, each package of Sorted Insights offers enhanced reporting capabilities, depending on your subscription level.
To access your reports, even the free Data package, you must have a PowerBI license assigned to your microsoft profile. This may require a Systems Admin in your organisation to help set up. Click to view our guide on how to assign a PowerBI license.
For data protection best practices, we kindly remind customers that it is their responsibility to manage which users in their organisation have access to Sorted Insights by careful management of their PowerBI licenses.
Please note: The top-tier Wisdom package does not require a PowerBI license, as we provide the data to customers in alternative file formats.
Data (Free package)
The Data package of Insights provides free, entry-level access to shipment and tracking reports. This includes basic visibility of activity from the previous week, month, or year to date. This package is ideal for users needing simple, high-level operational data without interactive features.
Information
The Information package builds on the Data package by adding interactive dashboards, customer analytics and standard management information (MI) reports. With filtering capabilities and enhanced visual reporting, this package supports day-to-day performance monitoring and trend identification.
Knowledge
The Knowledge package adds deeper analytical insights. It allows exporting directly from reports, shows detailed carrier performance analysis and adds the option to request custom reports. This package is suited for users needing strategic insights and greater flexibility in how data is viewed and used.
Wisdom
Wisdom enables automated delivery of your shipment and tracking data to better suit your operational needs.
You can choose how, when, and what data is delivered via email or SFTP. With configurable frequency, file content (standard or bespoke), and delivery method, this package supports full data integration into your internal systems and reporting processes.
Quick look at the free report
All of our customers can access the Data package of Sorted Insights. These are a range of straightforward system usage reports that present simple, high-level insights into your package shipment and tracking operations.
Upon confirmation that you have a sufficient license for PowerBi, we will enable access to your Sorted Insights reports.
Ship
For our Ship customers, the Data package of Insights provides a clear view into your operations by unlocking essential warehouse and shipping location performance, carrier volume comparison, delivery volumes, and more.
Track
Track customers on the Data package can view a range of detailed metrics that track customers with their ordered packages. Track not just total registered shipments and delivery events, but also customer satisfaction and promised data.
To get the most value from your Track usage and Insights reporting, we recommend that Track customers include a promised_date value when posting the register shipments endpoint in the API.
This provides more accurate tracking calculations and a clearer view of performance supporting customer expectations.
