The Wisdom package

Our Wisdom data gives enterprises complete flexibility and ownership over their shipping data. By providing structured data exports with clearly defined fields, datatypes, and relationships, Sorted empowers BI and data warehouse teams to take full control of analysis and generate insights tailored to their business needs.

Unlike traditional dashboard-based solutions, Wisdom is a data-first product. Analysts can load, query, and analyse their data in any way they choose.

With Wisdom, you fully own your data. It can be modeled, transformed, and integrated into any platform or tool of choice, whether that’s SQL Server, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. This flexibility allows you to embed shipping data seamlessly into your existing data infrastructure, enabling more powerful analytics and strategic decision-making.

Benefits of raw shipping data

With the Wisdom package, your shipping data arrives as a data export that represent the events, states, and attributes of your shipping and package tracking activity. The benefits of this raw data access includes:

  • Warehouse-ready datasets: Load files directly into staging or production layers of your database.
  • Custom joins: Link shipment data across multiple tables using consistent identifiers.
  • Historical accuracy: Maintain an archive of shipping records without reliance on third-party BI platforms.
  • Full SQL control: Write custom queries, apply business rules, and enrich shipment data with other enterprise datasets (e.g. Finance, Inventory or Business Operations).
